Innside in New York City

After a long semester at college, I knew that I needed a little vacation away from Long Island.

I researched a few different affordable hotels in New York City and came across Innside NoMad By Melia.

In the heart of Chelsea, Innside is a perfect getaway with the city's greatest tourist attractions only a few footsteps away.

We booked the Innside Room - Queen. I was pleasantly surprised with how chic and gorgeous the room ended up being. Our room had a modern, contemporary design with a beautiful view of the city.

Our room was 230 sq. feet which was perfect for my boyfriend and I.

Our room had a queen size bed with a bluetooth Flatscreen TV which allowed me to stream my favorite Netflix show's after our dinner and even had a modern bathroom with a rain shower!

Our room came with services such as room service, a fitness center, laundry and ironing service and a business center service (with charges). Our room was also pet friendly and offered. memory foam dog pets upon request.

Lunch/Dinner In The City

After we settled in we decided to go check out the local restaurants nearby.

We decided on The Crompton Ale House.

This sleek ale house is located on 159 W 26th Street within walking distance of the Fashion Institute of Technology and Madison Square Garden.

We decided to sit in their beautiful sidewalk outdoor space seated with bar stools, wood tables and flatscreen televisions.

What We Ordered:

Bar Pretzel sided with Crompton Ale Mustard....$10.00

The Cadillac Burger with Guac, Pico de Gallo, Pepper Jack, Chipotle aioli and Fries....$19.00

Margarita Flatbread with Mozzarella, Marinara Sauce and Basil....$14.00

This delicious meal filled us up and we didn't end up going to dinner!

In the morning we went to the hotels restaurant called The Wilson!

Breakfast At The Wilson

Checkout was at 12:00pm so we wanted to have a quick delicious breakfast before we packed up to leave.

The Wilson is described as a casual New American eatery with tons of natural lighting and greenery which could lift anyones spirits!

What We Ordered:

Hangover Hash with Fennel Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Duck Fat Onions and Hollandaise.... $19.00

Everything was so beautifully prepared and we ate the entire dish.

After breakfast we finished off the morning by checking out of our room, taking a stroll around the city and going back home.

Our trip was so relaxing and I cannot wait to go back again soon.
